Our 1-Day Saturday Antenatal & Early Parenting Course is a practical, interactive day with a small group of expectant parents. - Its aim is to empower so that parents feel comfortable and safe taking an active role in the decisions made for birth;
- You'll learn a wealth of information rarely offered in other antenatal classes;
- You'll find out how women's bodies work best in labour;
- You'll have an understanding of how the health system works and how your needs can be met within it;
- And your birth partner will have the very best preparation to help you with labour and after.
There's a lot included such as a tour of labour ward, Cuidiú membership and a reunion. There's also something new for 2012 - one free infant massage instruction class when you're baby's born! Check out more detail.Cuidiú classes are different - they're all about empowerment.

Our weekly Relax Stretch & Breathe for Pregnancy Classes for women are gentle, yoga-based exercises with lots of relaxation and breathing. Each week, there's a pregnancy/birth topic discussed. Suitable from 14 weeks right up to birth. Start anytime, it's an on-going class.
